We dined at your restaurant 20th May and had mixed experiences. The ambience was nice, with comfortable seating and clean restrooms. We were greeted warmly and offered seats promptly. The background music added a pleasant touch to the atmosphere.However, we encountered several issues with the food and service. We ordered Paneer 65, which was over-fried and initially served without any ketchup or sauce. We had to request it from the waitress. For the main course, we had Chettinad Masala Dosa and Paneer Masala Dosa. Unfortunately, I found a bug in my dosa. This was quite disturbing, and we immediately called the waitress and manager, who took the dosa away and apologized due to this My wife could only eat half of her Paneer Dosa and left half.Although the staff offered several complimentary items to make up for the situation, we declined and decided to pay the bill and leave.We still paid for Paneer 65 and Paneer Dosa.Our dining experience was severely affected, and upon reaching home, I felt unwell and vomited.We were very excited to try your restaurant, but unfortunately, this experience has left us disappointed. We will likely return to Saravana Bhavan, where we have consistently had better experiences since last 12 years.
